What kind of bags should I use for my laundry?
You can use any 10 or 13 gallon trash bag — the kind you likely already have at home. Just make sure each bag holds no more than 20 lbs of laundry so it's easy to carry and keeps your clothes safe. If you’re unsure, think one standard kitchen trash bag per load!
What about delicates or special items?
We're happy to accommodate special handling for delicates or custom instructions, but you must let us know before pickup so we can prep accordingly.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Just leave your laundry out at the agreed location. We’ll handle the rest.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
No—we're not a dry cleaners. We specialize in wash & fold only. Please don’t send items that require dry cleaning.
Can I request spot cleaning or stain treatment?
Yes, but it must be requested in advance. Please include any spot cleaning requests in your Pick Up Request.
What if I forget to set my laundry out?
No problem. Your pickup will be automatically rescheduled for the next available day. No Fees – We don’t charge for missed pickups. Life happens.
